Ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 7-10 business days, depending on craftsmanship. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us within 24–48 hours so we can assist immediately.
We also request customers to ensure accurate address details, as re-delivery charges may apply for failed attempts.
