These terms apply when you use the Swarnsootra website or purchase from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping and Return and Exchange policies.
Products
We aim to present product photographs, descriptions, materials and colours accurately. Handcrafted jewellery and natural stones may show minor variations that form part of the character of the piece.
Prices and payment
Product prices and the currency available for payment are shown at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or content errors before accepting an order. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from Swarnsootra.
Orders
We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be returned through the original payment method.
Intellectual property
Website content, product imagery, branding, graphics and designs belong to Swarnsootra or the relevant rights holder and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with store operation or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Swarnsootra is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange on eligible products, subject to the terms and conditions. You may only request an exchange if the item received is damaged during transit, if an incorrect product was delivered, or if there is a genuine manufacturing defect.
